Saturday we went out to dinner with B's folks and most of his brothers and sisters. His mom gave us her advice for 40 years of blissful marriage: Do not ever talk negatively about your spouse. They have adopted this and it has worked marvelously. Their friends, coworkers and family all think that each of them are the perfect mate. I am going to try and instill this into my marriage. I know that it can only produce positive results.
